This was just a prime choice for a trip with decent facilities at a fair price. The shower worked well, providing a refreshing start to the day. If you're on a budget, consider bringing your own towels for comfort.

great access to parks and iconic landmarks just a stroll away
During our weekend trip, we loved how close we were to the National Football Museum, which is only a little over 4 km away, and spending relaxing afternoons at Heaton Hall, just about 3 km from our hotel, made our stay truly enjoyable. The room was decent and offered the essentials for a couple like us, making it a convenient base for our city explorations.

Would definitely recommend for strolling
Friendly gentleman, informative receptionist, who ensured cleanliness in the hallway before we arrived at our double room, equipped with a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. Convenient access to free internet and parking just 23 km from the nearest airport.
Everything was spot on.

Not worth the stay
We spent 2 nights in an economy double room. Honestly, there’s not much to rave about. The service was decent thanks to one staff member who was super nice and helpful. Just wish the vibe of the place matched his efforts. The dining options were limited, and the food was pretty bland. Def not the best experience.

The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the fresh pastries, and the cozy seating in the dining area made every meal enjoyable. The shower had great pressure, too!

The gentleman at reception provided excellent customer service, ensuring our room was ready before we entered. the overall condition of the hotel felt outdated, which impacted our experience negatively. The hallways had a noticeable smell that seemed to be masked with spray prior to our arrival. Although gourmet salads were a highlight at dinner, the room left much to be desired.

Excellent Customer Service in a Cozy Atmosphere
I recently stayed in a Double Room and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service from the staff during check-in. They were incredibly helpful and made sure I felt at home. The cozy atmosphere really enhanced my experience, making it a comfy stopover in Manchester. the room could use some maintenance, as the shower glass shield was broken.

The location offers quick access to public transport, making it easy to get around. The room had decent space, and the bed was relatively comfortable for a night's rest.
Walking into the room, the first thing that hits you is an unpleasant odor—think damp rugs and a lingering smell that suggests unresolved hygiene issues. I had to change my room twice before settling into a barely acceptable one without mold. The broken shower glass shield made a mess during use, and with only one towel for us two, it felt like an oversight in basic amenities. Plus, I've got to mention the fire alarm fiasco—blaring at 2 AM due to someone's smoking outside despite the no-smoking signs. Looking around, the furnishings felt lacking—a table with no chairs doesn’t cut it. not quite the experience I expected.
